Frequently asked questions
Are the demos real stores?
They are working WooCommerce stores with sample products. Orders in the demos use test payment methods and are not processed.
Is QRIS / virtual account payment active?
Not in the demos. For your store, an official gateway plugin is configured and tested first.
Are courier shipping rates real-time?
Demos use sample flat rates. Real-time rates need a compatible courier plugin and API key.
Is the Market design a multivendor marketplace?
No. It looks like a marketplace but is a single-seller WooCommerce store.
May I use the demo photos?
Demo photos come from Burst (CC0) and Wikimedia Commons (licenses listed in the documentation). We still recommend your own product photos.
What happens after I choose a design?
Your request is saved and our team contacts you. Nothing is charged through this site.
